Moneybookers address verification!

    Hi you guys,

    Recently i am facing a problem that couldn't manage to find a proper solution for this. About 6 months ago i asked for address verification by moneybookers and they confirmed me that you sent me the following papers with a 6 digit Pin which i have to put in the account but from then, i never received any thing from Moneybookers. Recently one of my client asking for moneybookers for his payment but i can't verify my account yet. Have you guys face this issue and How do you recover from this?

    Please give me proper suggestion . Thanks in advance

    Why don't you contact them and let them know of this issue ? Also tell them to resend you code for address verification. I got my address verification code in a week. I am from India.

    I also got my account verified in very less time.So I think its better to call them and ask whats wrong.Or just see whether you can resend them.

    Thanks for the suggestions and i will try to follow those. But isn't it a bit shaky security ?
