Hello Dp Members, I have just attached my visa debit card with moneybookers and transaction was success full, but they debited my account with 67.86 INR and now they are asking exact Debited amount in EUR, how can i get exact EUR amount ...? When i call to my bank they said they have no idea exactly how much EUR they have debited also i have called to forex branch of my bank and i got same answer from them.. Can anyone help me how can i know about the exact EUR amount...? --thanks in advance
Which Bank? I had used my SBI Yuva VISA Debit Card.. The exact amount in Euros was reflected in the entry on my Bank passbook. (Bank Statement) On the mini-statement from the ATM, it wasn't visible - There were some random, useless characters shown in front of that entry. But, on the Bank Passbook entry, the exact amount in Euros was shown..
I have attached Corporation Bank Debit (VISA) Card but i checked only atm mini statement and also i call on my bank and they said there is showing 67.86 INR Debited not EUROS showing on there, but as you said then i will go to the bank and complete the passbook may be it will be reflect there ...thanks for the reply man really appreciated. --cheers

I attached my UBI debit card to MB and they then asked me for the exact Euro amount. I called up UBI's main branch in Mumbai and got connected to their debit cards department. The person on the line gave me a figure which he thought was in Dollars. But it was the exact Euro amount and on submitting that exact amount to MB, my debit card was verified. So get to the debit cards department at the head office of your bank and they will give you the amount deducted by MB. It will help them if you give them the date of the debit, your card number, and also any information in this regards. As it concerns the debit card transaction, call the bank's (main branch) debit cards department. Interestingly, the person from the UBI debit cards department didn't knew anything about Moneybookers or for that matter Paypal, and I gave him a lot of information about these online money transfers, so he was quite pleased! As he thanked me, I politely asked him to get more knowledgeable in this regards as the banks need to know what's going on with online transactions outside the corporate world! He was really thankful for the "new education"... so guys, get more friendly with the top people in your bank... The RBI also needs to go back to proper school and must learn that there are more people who can make profits for India than they think... Money laundering is done openly under their noses by the big-wigs of Indian politics and others, but they can't (or rather don't wish to) see them. Really fed up with these crooks...
