    I already have a personal moneybookers account but I want to have a merchant account also.

    I doubt you can open more than one account with moneybookers.

    I guess you will have to upgrade your personal account to merchant account. Calling them would be the best option. Let us know what they say, if you call them. i would love to know that myself.

    rrr, if you read from their site, there's no such thing as merchant account, there are only personal and business, and it differ only on who can withdraw / deposit money from / to the account.

    If you mean you want to be able to accept payment directly from your site, you can use their gateway manual.
