hi i have a moneybookers account and today i saw they have locked my account for outgoing transactions, i dont know why they have did this can any one tell me what had been the problem

At least yours is locked. Mine is closed. This is the message I received. Using the keywords, "Security Department" and "Transaction History", my first assumption was that there was some fraud going on without my knowledge. After logging in, the only fraud I could find was theirs. My account was closed because of low transaction volume. It was opened in 2005 and from then till now, I only have less than $20. Since I hardly use moneybookers, I wanted to withdraw this amount but got a message saying that the minimum withdrawal amount is more than $20.Clearly going against what they said in the email they sent. So please note that moneybookers is now bonkers over money. They are closing accounts with low transactions and limiting accounts in a way their security department sees fit. Who is this security department Moneybookers!!!! cut the crap about your security people. Just be honest and tell us that you are closing our account because of low transactions. AND adjust your withdrawal limits for "Closed Accounts", especially if the accounts are closed by you!
Hmm... may be you are right. My moneybookers account was blocked too for outgoing transfer. Moneybookers want to I provide national identity and uility bill. And then, I scan that document, I'll still wait when my moneybookers not blocked for outgoing transfer.
Have you ever used your Moneybookers account for Money Exchange (paypal to MB or e-gold to MB) something like this If yes than maybe that is the reason they locked your account IMO.
and if i create a new account with diferrent name, email, and address will they still catch me because of my ip i want to know this

Step1: send copy of nic step2: send copy of utility bill after 3-4 days make them a call, one day later make another call. after 2 calls, ur account will be unlocked in just 1 week span!
Today morning i have notice, that my a\c is locked. After i send them scans of my docs, they answer me: "Thank you for your prompt response. In oreder to complete our security procedure we have requested documents from all users that have transfered money to your account or received funds from you. As soon as they completeour requirements we will contact you with our decision. Thank you fro your time and cooperation. " I have some money there, and not too small..
