Moneybookers account locked..Help!!

    My moneybookers account got locked dunno what is the reason

    and when i tried to contact them i got an recorded message saying MB is closed on sat and sundays ...arse**les ..when they have security reason to close the account on saturdys why dnt they take call on saturdays ..right now am pissed of ..My account is verified by all real CRECIT CARD / BANK ACCOUTN AND ADDRESS . i just mailed them and am hoping for their reply .

    Any expereince ? what will happen to my money ? if they lock it and say some utter stupid reason ..will i ever get my money back ? i know about hte 180 day rule of paypal ..do moneybookers have anything like that ?

    Help me !!!!!!!!

    Your account is locked, and do not worry, I say.. don't worry first.

    Now, you had got a mail form MB,

    there is a case no...##12345678## copy the 12345678 case no.

    and now log on to your account, go profile-->email support

    there is a question, "you have asked me some documents..."

    the is a box, paste the case no.

    then, the details appear, what for they locked, your account.

    just they ask, the proofs again. (if you already have submitted after your account locked, then do not touch the proofs to send again.)

    But You have to call them as soon as possible,

    There are phone numbers, for area wise.

    so select the number, you belong to.

    keep try calling them


    within 24hrs, if they satisfied with your answers... access to your account will be granted.

    Thank for your reply but my problem is that i have not recieved any mails from them so far ..also i need the money urgent from them and after doing some google i found out that they take lot of time to respond ..My accuont is verified via bank/credit card and address .why did they lock it for no reason

    AND YES AM YET TO RECIEVE ANY MAIL FROM THEM ........:mad:

    You need to wait till Monday as they are saying MB is closed on sat and sundays. Don't panic and ask them for a reason for your account locked as on monday and sort out your issue that time.

    I never faced problem with MB.

    Sorry but IMO you have no other option except patience till Monday.

    call at moneybookers i had my account locked to ,they
    release the money after 3 months,

    Have patience

    W8 till monday , call them again , ask them the reason politely .Even if they want to keep ur a/c locked , ask them to gv u ur money back.
