moneybookers account lock

    my moneybookers is locked and still not open sent all documents to them ,they are delaying on reply:mad:

    MB support take so much time to reply back. Anyway, have you sent your documents to them ?

    call them , if ur docs r ok, n ur funds r clean, there shouldn't be any problem ..

    Maybe they are checking in on the reason why they blocked your account in the first place

    my account got blocked and after sending docs it took 38 days

    they are dead slow

    i did not called them

    but if you call there customer support

    you will get it done fast

    they dont limit the account generally like paypal

    it just when they feel you are related to some kind of scam or involved in money exchanges they will lock your account and ask your utility bills and docs

    moneybookers is a little strict thats it

    I dont think so moneybookers is much easier to deal with than paypal. When I first opened my account I got all my docs verified in less than 48 hours.

    I have an account with MoneyBookers for about a year, I never sent one document. Seriously, just keep your transactions clear and clean. They will never ask you a question in return.

    However, If you are sure your account is blocked in mistake, then no need to worry. They won't lock your funds, and your account will be approved again once they review your documents.

    It takes sometimes a few weeks to get a typical answer from their support. It can't be slower I agree.
