i have a moneybooker US $ account and a US$ bank account in Guatemala.
My first withdraw was 267 US$ The fees was 2.50US$ thats ok. But i received only
261 US$. I asked my home bank and the dit no charge me nothing.
Than i asked Moneybooker, and the told me, all our bank account are in
Switzerland in CHF and the hat to change my US Dollar in CHF
    and the
can not explain me what the change fee was. the are writing nothing about this
    in your rules
. so the charge from sender 2.3% from the receiver 2.2% +2.50 US
withdraw fee. someone can explain me if this is correct?

thanks and sorry for my bad english

why currency exchange. my account are in USD and my bank account to.
The problem are moneybooker change the USD by yourself to make more money.
If this is the normal praxis, wy can get all the Germans Euro deposit, your hole money
to your account without extra currency exchange. if the answer from monebooker ist correct, the had to charge for all withdrawals there are not in CHF currency exchange
    ride? something is wrong!
