No its not yet fixed . I am calling paypal once in two days but not getting a proper answer. Repeatedly they are asking for bank statement of the account to which i transferred, which is no more active. Last time the lady on ccare told me I will get the reference number in 48hrs, and now again they are asking the statement. I am going to contact HDFC again to ask is there any possibilities to get the 'Account statement'. Its really irritating that paypal can only initiate tracing after we provide the account statement coz they want to check whether the money is credited to the account. Can really understand their terms. Is the unique transaction number will be helpful, if i provide that to HDFC? Also its best to get subscription on skype and call the US telephone number on your account with the WEBPIN. The international toll free numbers are taking too much time to connect respective department and we have to explain everything, every time.
