Money Withdraw problem from moneybookers(BANGLADESH)

    I was transfered 300$ to my Bank account(Prime Bank) last 21/7/2010. But The money I did not receive yet. Already 16 days past(i am worry now).How long time it will take or i will not get the money?I am not understanding what is the problem. This is my first time i am trying to withdraw money in my Bank account from moneybookers. No any problem in Moneybookers account (address verified, Bank account added and then i transfered the money).

    Sorry for Bad English

    Please Help me.

    You may contact Moneybookers directly for wait few more days. Some time, first withdrew time is so high. Whatever, its best for you to contact Moneybookers as soon as possible.

    The best thing to do is to contact Moneybooker customer service. They are in the best position to tell you what is wrong. According to my own experience I get faster attention when I call them directly on phone.

    so ask your bank and ask mb support team they will help you if u did not receive the funds yet
