    I wouldn't think so. But you can withdraw your money from paypal to your bank account and then add funds to money brokers. Might take a few days, but I think thats your best bet.

    You can use your PayPal credit/debit card to pay them.

    There are websites who will do that for you but the fee is high, around 8% I think.
