Money stuck at paypal

Hi everyone,

I know this question has been asked several times but my problem is really different.I am from a country that's not supported by paypal but I registered an account there with a different country.I don't know why I did that, may be to get the advantages of paypal.
Anyways, I got lucky enough to get some freelance jobs and the clients paid me through paypal.I've about 600$ in my account but the problem is I can't withdraw it.My money sending limit is also exhausted and I am completely stuck.I do have a bank account which offers debit card (VISA).

Is it possible to withdraw paypal money directly to my debit card that's obtained from a bank of an unsupported country?

Can I send money back to the clients even after the limit has been exhausted?

I really need your help.

You can try verifying your account using the visa card you have, because you have no other option left.
If you verify your account, your limits will be lifted.
However there may be some issues with billing address.

Did you tried upgrading to premium membership to raise your limits ? If you can do it, you will got an option of transferring your money to some friend who can then help you redeem it. or use it to buy some service or product.

That's the question, how can I verify my account when the billing address doesn't match with that of my debit card?I've not tried but I highly doubt it.

Paypal won't allow you to withdraw the money from an unsupported country. If your country isn't supported, then there must be a very good reason for it, most likely legal issues between paypal and the said country.

What you can do is either explain to paypal what's going on and maybe they'll be sympathetic, or you can refund the money (and by this I mean issue a refund for the original transaction, not just send the money back) to your customers and ask them to pay you again through other means if they can. Things aren't looking too good for you.

 

As far as your PayPal account is not locked...

No coz your country is not supported by paypal.

Yes by using refund function.
