Hello, could do with some advice on this please. I have an affiliate arrangement Hostnine in that they pay me commission for everyonei get to signup to their hosting via my link. The minimum payout is $100 which is fair enough, however for the last 4 months i have had $200 in the account and nothing has been paid out. I have sent over 20 emails in the past week to their support@ email address and nto a single reply to any of them; i posted on their forum asking them to get in touch and the post was deleted. I chatted to their live support and got cut off. Looking over the forums they says all affiliate matters must be delt with using an affiliate@ email address, however this address is made up, it does not work. <affiliates@hostnine.com>: 64.38.24.198 does not like recipient. Remote host said: 550 Unrouteable address Giving up on 64.38.24.198. Seeing as they owe me money and will not reply to any of my communications anyone got any suggestions on how i can claim monies owed? If it was a larger amount i would pass to my lawyer for a breech of contract motion but i cannot be assured of getting costs award to them so its not worth the risk their. Looking around other forums it seems that the company has a habit of doing this to affiliates so a class action could be considered. Any advice on this would be most welcome thanks carl

First of all, your post title is misleading...you don't mean to say "stolen by me from web host," you mean they stole it from you. Steal is a very strong word as well, they are withholding payment and being unresponsive but there may be an explantion. You'll get more help if you clearly explain the problem. Second of all, while this is indeed a legal problem, you'll have a better discussion about this in affiliate section, as the members there will be more experienced in this sort of issue. Good luck!
