money received in CC but not shown in statement

    i have withdrawn 23 pounds to my mastercard from paypal. I am sure the money has been added to my CC account. today, I called up the CC support and confirmed the same. they say that there is nothing like this in your statement. Why so? Can someone please explain?

    If there is nothing like that in the statement and they have confirmed this thing then how come you sure that it has been added to your CC?

    Sorry dear, earlier I talked to the customer care executive, I think she must have got some confusion and just now I have talked to someone else and she has confirmed my transction. It was not my fault dear.... please again I am sorry...

    CC executive can always do that, I don't know but it seems Customer support always don;t have info which you need

    you can't received in mastercard cc. Paypal only support Visa Card.

    How did you withdraw it in a Mastercard ? I thought it is only for Visa Cards.
