Are there any online money order services? You know where you can receive payments via a money order? If yes, what is the cost? Any rules/agreements?
How do they work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Western Union offers it in LIMITED countres. Your question is a bit far reaching because there are many similar options available including moneybookers.

If you told us more about your situation it would make it far easier to work out possible solutions for you..

I think WU already do great job for that,and about regulations I think aslong you are not living in chaos country or unknown country I believe WU could help you with affordable price

 

PayPal do send checks, i guess and western union is also the same, but Iam not sure.
