I have the chance to make about $20, 000 in the next month to a month and a half alone. This is a substantial increase from what I usually make but the problem is I'd be on the computer for 12-18 hours a day and never leaving the house (as usual :D) but before I went to the gym for about 6 hours a day to hang out with friends, shoot hoops and such, now I'm just getting fat, already gained 20-30 lbs. My question is, which is more important? I'm overweight, I lost almost 70lbs before last month when I started working online again; I was 10lbs away from being average/skinny...what should I do? I also have the ingredients for the "lemonade diet" which would help me lose 10-15lbs during this month which may help me to get back to the gym after I finish working. Any thoughts?

cant you do both? i am sure there is enough time to go for a run in the morning, it might even help you to think more clearly when your working. it works for me, because i can never do more than 4 hours without things getting tedious. so i have half hour off and do something else and when i return i am back on the ball.

Nah, I never take breaks to be honest. DP is my only break option right now. What do you do online? My main problem is:

    - Opposite sleeping schedule
    - I gained weight and now I'd be embarassed to go to the gym
    - I feel like any time I'm away from the computer, I may have lost a big investment, and I have before...

Let me make 20,000$ for you. I'll sit at home 24/7 and you hang out with your friends at the gym. I'll take 50% but I'll do everything, you won't have to do anything except collect the money. PM me. :D

You could cut back on your computer time for at least 2 hours. That's more than enough time for you to hit the gym :)

Yeh, I know I could, but actually I only go to the gym for long stays. Usually another problem:

I don't go to school so I usually go around 12PM

    2PM - Friend Group A arrives
    4PM - They leave
    5PM - Friend Group B arrives
    9:30PM - We all leave

So I'm kind of stuck hehe, but besides that, I got fat and...well ya

That's the problem really...The work consists of 3 main things:

    A) Writing - The guy hired me for my talent as a writer, not a native tongue who can't spell "chocolate" right.

    B) Domains - I invested in almost $10, 000 in domains which I have to sell to get my profit now ;)

    C) Private work with a friend but hard work, repetitive sequences of typing.

I would take 2-3 hours off house every day.
I wouldn't ruin your online business, believe me.

Do resistance training in your house. Work out with your own body weight.

Press ups, sit ups, Dips etc

they will all help to keep you in shape whilst your on a 20min break.

That's not healthy too...2 hours at the gym are MORE than enough...You don't need more.

Nah, it is healthy. I don't work out at the gym, I do cardio a bit, I shoot hoops, play pick up games and hang out with friends, horse around and stuff. I used to work out at home, but now I quit that too!

Eat crap? I never said anything about eating style, just exercise ;) However, I do eat quite a bit of unhealthy foods. That is why I wanted to go on the "Master Cleanse" lemonade diet, both to lose a few pounds before returning to the gym and the outcome of it equals a good chance at a vegetarian diet! :)

    Hi Mate,

I don't know anything about money side but I've first hand experience with over weight and illness. Take Jarodboy's advice and spend few hours in the gym.

It doesn't sound like you are a person who hasn't got self control because you control yourself to sit in front of the computer. - That is self control and discipline. So the same strategy can be applied to the gym and your social life too.

Believe me there are times you can have the cake and eat it. If you just made
money ONLY and put on lots of weight you may end up spending the extra money you earned on to health services to recover from illness.

Mate, I don't try to be hash or rude to you. Since I had bad experience with my over weight and health. I like to let other people know that it can cause problem and if possible avoid it. In my experience what I learned was I got to learn from other peoples experience too.

I wish you, you find a fantastic plan to manage all and prosper in health and wealth.

    :)

You just seem to be bringing out excuse after excuse. Either accept that your gonna get fatter or put a bit of time aside to work out a little to keep fit. It is not hard !
