    Uniques/day: average ~ 2.5k
    Description: Custom MySpace Layouts Website
    Revenue Feb. - ~$750 (AdSense / Zango / Few Link Sales)
    Just added valueclick to the mix and am averaging $5-$6 / day through that so that can be another $150 - $180 / month
    Can sell a few link spots a month and that another $100 right there. Endless possibilities for revenue.

    Site is still growing, has tons of PR6 links to it and will possibly become a PR6 soon. Traffic is increasing. Takes minimal time for maitenance (Maybe a few hours a week). Revenue has been increasing by about %25/month. Easy to use custom admin panel to add layouts, edit them, delete them, edit thumbnails, etc.. Custom Mod_rewritten URLs. Ranked highly for some its targeted keywords. All traffic is organic (Link Exchanges and SEs). Over 40k+ uniques from search engines alone last month.

    Starting Bidding at $10k, I know it's high, but I will not let this one go for any less.

    I haven't heard anything of that sort and I regularly talk to one of their reps who help me set it up.

    Negative growth (-55%).

    15k for a Myspace site with 1k daily uniques? The site started receiving traffic last September, growth is negative, and people hate spyware (Zango).
