Such a high asking price? Well , its a great niche (money making & investments) and it is a well established forum which is rapidly increasing.

I didn't have time to fully monetize it as I am a bit lazy but this site has a lot of potential and will show to the buyer the unique methods how to generate $xxx per month via this site

Almost %30 of the traffic is from Google (SE)

Actually we are getting 100-130 uniques per day organic from Google

April so far brought 7,685 and 61,000 pageviews

Revenue

The revenue streams are different

Adsense - Adsense has been in minimum because we have just implemented a single ad banner on our top of the site and is not converting well. The potential is big as we have been getting $0.6 per click. Best place for adsense would be above the "quick reply" If you want previous weeks of Adsense I will have to get them from my partner

PepperJam - PepperJam has been the greatest money maker (after private link sales).

Banner Sales - We have been selling banner spots for the price of $20 per month (static) and we have had 4 spots which make it $80

Link Sales - Also link sales have been done for the price of $10 per month and a total of $50
