they says that they transferr my paypal fund to my indian bank account in 48 hours

I would say avoid it as it involves risk of getting scam as well as legal problems too if they are not authorize to do such transfer.

 

you can try with small amounts

 

dont try with such exchangers. you will land up in wasting your hard earned money

 

i have never heard about that company , so i think there is risk involved in it

 

i cant try with small amount as they have policy of minimum 100$

 

if you have any friend in US or any other country, send paypal to them and ask them to send wire in return to your bank account.here many people are transferring money through xoom .see thread here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1689038

 

I would suggest you to wait till PayPal solves this issue rather then getting your funds stuck with some frauds..or you can exchange funds with trusted people.
