I decided to use Clickbank after trying other things that did not work (newbie) so i went with Clickbank and i made four sales and i thought that i would be able to get paid when the checks were due. When i decided to go and request my payment i was surprised to see in small print that the $100 i had earned would not be paid out until my account had reached a status were i had over four different credit card suppliers for example Paypal, Mastercard,Visa and there was another one too. So if i want my money i have to work even harder just to get that one sale so i can get paid and then i will still have money owing I did find this a little annoying at the time but what could i do and yes i know Clickbank has there security for fraud in place but it's not fare!
Just keep selling and you will get all of your money. I don't think they do this to make our lives difficult, but I think it's a way to weed out those who use the affiliate program to buy products at deep discounts. Most of them aren't aware of the rule and aren't going to use different payments types. Eventually they stop buying, they never get their money, and their account goes innactive. When accounts go innactive, Click Bank starts taking the money back. I think they keep the money themselves to cover expenses, but I would like to see that money go back to the vendors from which the products sold.
It's just for first check, after that you will get checks for every 100$ for any credit card sales. After this they will provide Direct deposit. In direct deposit, minimum threshold payment is 10$,if you make 10$ you can get that amount directly to your bank account in just 1 week.So getting first check vrey hard after that it's easy.
No worries, just make a few sales. As other have said, the first payment only requires the different cards,
There are some worries... If you don't continue to earn commissions or you don't get commissions from enough credit cards (which is bull), then Clickbank will start taking your commissions. A little bit here, a little bit there and before you know it... your money is gone.
I think this thing is clearly mentioned in their TOS. I can understand your situation but that's their policy. You can try a few more sales and it will fine afterwards.
You will be suprised how quickly you get to the CDR if you just keep going plus your first check will be bigger! Are you going to be pissed off that they wont release all you money aswell? Since you have a allowance which they wont release to cover refunds and chargebacks.
Yeah it does kinda suck for people who are starting out with CB and or internet marketing but it is actually good for us CB affiliates in the long run. Keep doing what you're doin you'll just have a bigger check once you get it and you only gotta go through it once unless you open another account. good luck!
Become an affiliate for a $5 product that pays decent commission and have a couple of friends or relatives buy it with different credit-cards. This will get you round the "customer distributor requirement" and release your first earnings from them. It'll only cost you a few dollars to do and you'll get some of that back anyway. You only have to do it once.
I would suggest you just focus on sales, once you have some sales, you will get all of your earned money. They are doing this to avoid any kind of fraud
