If you don't get 1 click out of 500 impressions then that sucks, out of 30 isn't anything to fuss about.
50 unique a day is enough if it is content site with not much other competing ads. and most traffic must come from search engine.
Dude you can get it with 5 visitors or even less and also you can get it with a 100 visitors cos it depends on many other things
