Money from Data Entry Work?

Hello, I had heard that data entry was a nice way to get some extra cash. However, a lot of them seem like scams and I've never known anyone to actually do the work. I was wondering what other people have to say about data entry jobs, and if they can recommend me to some good places. Thanks.

I have yet to find a good one mate! I've been scammed by a few of them when I first got into this. So please be careful and search for some reviews on whatever site you are going to try.

Go through a job agency and it's fine. Boring work though and only just above the minimum wage...

Yeah in craigslist you'll find a lot of data entry but be careful. I've been scammed before and they didn't pay me :(

Haha, they are ALL scams. Go on CL & go into the job section and see all the spammed "Make 5 billion dollars in 3 hours by data entry work at home!"

If you want some extra money, just go to a local restruant and get hired as a dishwasher, it would be more productive that this !

data entry isn't worth your breath, time, and energy. Leave it outsourced, and focus on a trade/skill. That's the only way you'll make money, and ultimate success. PERIOD.

I have done some data entry jobs early on. I got those jobs from people I met in the forums. Those jobs paid well and were legit for sure. Better yet, I didn't have to pay to get the jobs.

Never tried paid data entry services. Wouldn't recommend anyone to do it.

Very boring, most are scams, and many even charge you to get started!

Listen to my advice found at this long as anything link: http://how-to-make-good-money-online.110mb.com/

I put that together specifically to help people get on their way to their first 100+ month online (you will do way more than that if you do 20-25 hours a week, I am being modest in my estimate).

Give it a try - do 5 or 6 and then see if it was worth your time - I am sure it will be. Good luck! I hope this helps, please send me a mail if you find a success, it may also come with a reward of it's own ;)

There are legitimate data entry jobs out there, but you will be paid little to nothing for the work.
Do not even pay to start data entry.

try those companies which have offices in your city. Online companies which ask for registration charges before work are more likely to scam you.

You can find jobs posting in forums in the marketplace of digitalpoint. They usually pay $0.10 per post.

I think you would be better off building a website with your time and selling it off.
