Why are you selling this site come?
I'm selling this site because my primary business is spiritual and abundance life coaching and I don't really have any interest in it.

How is it monetized?
At the moment it isn't monetized but it can be with affiliate marketing or other "how to" plr or affiliate products.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
No it does not.

How much time does this site take to run?
Literally none. It has an aggregrating plugin that needs to be purchased, so if you buy that it will take maybe a half hour a week to check out what video's (or article if you prefer) it has loaded and filter them.

What challenges are there with running this site?
None really, it's just a matter of finding good products from Clickbank or JVZoo etc and adding them to the site and adsense if you want and then marketing it.
