    an auto video update php script that automatically updates videos from porn web sites / sources so that i don't have to upload / embed the videos by myself on my website.

    Thats a big script... I bet you could use ffenc or whatever it is called to make an animated .gif, then on rollover, swap the pic with the associated .gif
