Using the forum area of the site you will be able to exchange with other members of the site. This site provides a simple and fast way of doing this. Try reaching out to the freelancing community . There are bound to be forums/blogs etc related to freelancers and programmers/webmasters. The problem is that in some countries such as asia paypal does not work but some webmasters can only pay using paypal so your site would fill these needs well. Can't give you any specific links but sites like facebook , msn , yahoo groups have programming /webmaster related groups you could post about your site on. As mentioned look for freelancing / programming / webmaster sites and forums you could post to introduce your site to their members . hope it helps
