Buying Money Earning Sites

    I want to buy sites with any kind of earnings that are steady. Please don't contact me if you have a site that makes 5-10 bucks a month. I am looking for sites that make something steady. Things like $1 per day or more. I am looking for sites with a history as well.

    In order for me to consider them, I will want to see stats.... traffic, earnings, referrers (social networks, organic, PPC), and how long it has been live and how long it has been earning consistently.

    I'm not overly concerned with the niche of the site as long as it is NOT a blog that needs posts daily. IF IT IS A BLOG that needs posts daily, then I would prefer sports niche, Aff. Marketing, IM, MMO, something like that, that I'm interested in.
