Money dissappeared in my account!

    hello,

    I got a sale, and a few days later i see that the sale was deducted and i didnt receive credit for it. when i see my reports it shows the sale but the color is red and i didnt get awarded for it.

    what is up with this?

    Most probably the buyer asked a refund!

    This is due to the sale which you did was returned or charged back or canceled.

    This happens in product sale affiliate programs. I know this is frustrating but it does happen to almost all...

    Run a commission detail report - you'll find the reversed transaction & the reason for reversal.

    Do what tvmatt says.

    Also, there are merchants on CJ that have a "no refunds" policy that you can use if you'd rather not risk it... but it really depends on your niche.
