Money Deposit Limit for Unverified Paypal

I would like to know if there is a money deposit limit in my paypal account if I haven't verified the account.

I tried searching on their site for this and didn't find the answer for it

 

Well, because they never intended to have everyone leave their account as unverified. Log into your account and click on 'Limits', that should tell you what your limits are.

Get your account verified, it is not that difficult and it allows people who deals with you to trust you. Without verification, it is difficult to instill that trust.

no limits menu button...also tried on search and the word can't be found

 

From what I understand, there is no limits on how much money you can receive, there is only a limit in terms of the money you can withdraw or spend. I believe some said it is $500 or $2500 and that is total limit and not monthly limits.

However they get suspicious with unverified accounts and you may get limit anytime.

 

Can we buy some stuff on the website like domain name from godaddy using Unverified Paypal?

 

No, not from GoDaddy. They only accepts verified Paypal account. There is probably a higher level of risks when accepting payment from an unverified account.

Paypal's computers do random checks with known pre-paid credit card companies. They know which are which. They caught mine once and I had to open a bank account and use a debit card to get around it. Their systems are very slick.
