Money deducted - pfft, google suck.

So after several emails I am told the following:

Seriously, they are trying to blame shit on me.

    This is my reply:

Thanks for clearing that up, but I cannot understand what you are saying. You are saying, all my earnings from 01/03/07 has gone because all the clicks were invalid. You are telling me 1743 clicks are invalid. I find this hard to believe, and if this is true, surely you need to improve your system. I'm not that annoyed about my $$ being taken away because I have my adsense account to continue earning, but what annoys me is you blame something on me which is totally untrue.

If Google are accusing you of fraud - isn't that a serious allegation, one that could be challenged in the courts?

Well, for people who can afford it, anyway.

Most of the money was from proxies, but some clicks were definitely legit and I know that for sure.

It seems all the money people have had deducted is since their last payment. Which to be honest shows that google are being lazy and not actually properly investigating what clicks are actually invalid.

Your lucky you weren't banned, I see there is more of these emails nowadays than the banned ones, which is good in some cases. Sorry for your loss!

Don't be happy! This is abuse of Google's position.

I just lost over $1200 with the same email. We shouldn't be taking this as webmasters.

We can't be ignorant to these problems if we want things to change.

Probably not, since we all agreed to the Terms and Conditions which say that Google can do pretty-much whatever they want..

I for one am glad to see more about these 'warnings' and "we took your money" letters instead of the old "you are banned" letters..

    You are lucky man.....
    Go thanks to Google Adsense...

I have been deducted $6,321.69
with no information why they deducted this amount and how they done their 'investigation'.
Its 100% display of how a monopolist can steal your kidney without making your cry. If you cry go leave their product.

Its matter of shame for Google AI algorithm if there was such high level invalid click activity was happening then why they didn't take care of it on real time ... they take approx 15 days to finalize payments. While i have seen NO unusual activity on my any site. Problem is that Google has left me without any useful information now i don't on which site invalid click activity happened and what was the source of that traffic. Its like a trick Google can play with me anytime in future. I doubt if Google is honest with their investigations ... because if they would be honest and wanted to solve the issue then they must give me information about what happened? where it happened? who did it? so that i can take necessary steps to rectify the existent problem (if there is any). But NO monopoly wins at the end ;)

Wow, there is a lot of deductions from proxy earnings lately.

To be honest, I've seen a lot of ads that were displayed on proxy sites that were not targeted at all and placed in ways that allow for accidental clicking. I'm not saying anyone here is guilty of this, but maybe this is a reason for some of the recent deductions?

Adsense is not giving information because they want to protect their detection system. Does it really make sense that they want to protect their detection system which has fallen on face and failed to detect invalid click activity generated by botnets?

And what they are doing to avoid this issue next?

Publishers are working like Slave and Google is behaving like Master. This is non-sense.
