Money deducted from my account

    Today i used my ICICI debit card for Rs 24,000 in order to upload funds in entropay. Money has been deducted from my ICICI account but entropay balaance is not showing.
    I mailed entropay and they say transaction failed and money is on hold.

    how long it will take when I will get my money back

    Contact your bank to find out why it is on hold?

    I think you should contact entropay. They will let you know why amount is hold.
