Money Bookers without debit or credit card?

    I have a quick question... I have a bank account, but because I only have POC (Pakistan Origin Card) not Government ID; the Bank is not issuing me a credit card or debit card...
    I have a saving account only. So the question is that can I use money bookers without debit and credit card? Like only with my bank savings account?

    I think you can use moneybookers without credit card, you can ask them to confirm.
    You can use Bank Transfer to deposit your Moneybookers account.

    If you have saving account then no problem at all. go ahead. moneybookers allows saving accounts :) no need to have debit or credit card
