    I have a verified Money Booker Account.

    Now, I have someone in UK who wants to pay me using his CC.

    He also needs to have a VERIFIED MONEY BOOKER Account as when he tried to use his CC, it takes him to registration page ?

    Yes, I think it is different in Moneybookers it no like Paypal. The user will require to have a verified moneybookers account in order to send you money.

    You can send money without verification too. There is some limit for that.

    He needs to open an account before sending you money. Unless you have the payment gateway on your page.
