Can i do anything about this not happening? A site offers something that you believe can help you and when you buy from it, the description is not what they say it is. I ca not get my money back as they simply didn't answer my emails, now my emails get bounced back saying that the email doesn't exist. Paypal can't help as it wasn't goods i was buying. It is $69 not a great sum i know, it is the principal of this site advertising something and giving you something else?

Actually because it is not goods you should have better luck being able to do a chargeback. I doubt that you can really do anything about it. You say emails are getting bounced back, is their website still up?

File a dispute and check the whois of the website to get owner contact details

You should put your claim with Paypal, saying, that you have not recieve original item and you should get back your money.

It's happend with me and I got my money back from paypal after 2 months

The solution is simple, File a dispute with paypal about the goods you received, if you have a valid case it should go fine, also check the whois and see who the owner is, and then give them a shout or a personal email.
