You may try offering paid posts or reviews to advertisers. It highly depends on how highly your page/group is developed and what it is about. Facebook don't appreciate paid content though. But I've never heard of someone being penalized for that.

And there is always the way to make your website and draw traffic from your social media accounts. Also you can sell that traffic to other websites.

 

Social Media is also a great way to get traffic to your monetized sites and blogs too.
