I have a website that gets about 15 highly qualified Microsoft Access programming, training and technical support enquiries per week.

How can I best monetize these?

There's always and old fashioned FAQ page with relevant ads on to paste your questions and answers in. But you're probably looking for more than that.

When you get these enquiries then they're perfect fodder for a newsletter mailing list. (And long as they know they've opted in). A newsletter full of qualified leads is a gold mine. If only to sent site updates to, but also to hit up with offers too.

Mailing list marketting is a whole art of it's own though.

Well, I was thinking mainly about selling the leads. I used to do the programming work myself but now don't want to.

I am sure someone can help you monotize the leads you are getting. It is a matter of setting up a newsletter and getting the right ad infront of them. Good luck!
