Monetizing Proxies Without Adsense?

Does anyone know of any good, preferably more profitable ways to monetize a proxy? Thanks.

 

Adsense + Adversal.

Use adsense on index page and adversal on proxified pages.

 

Other good way is using adsense + adbrite, can be used both in the main page and adbrite in the proxied pages.

 

Maybe YPN?

I'm not sure if you're in the US and nor that proxies are allowed in YPN.

 

Use a google adwords alternative, affiliate banners, direct banner / link sales, etc.

Why cant you use adsense? I would hate to have to use anything else

I have another question having to do with adbrite or adengage.
Lets say you are currently making 20 dollars with adsense, how much do you think you would make switching to any of these other networks?

And also, do they ban like google?
