Hey, Whats the best way to monetize proxied pages without a) violating adsense TOS and b) not using pop ups. I am looking to have banners on the proxy page I think, would I be better going for ppc or cpm advertising? What company(s) are most likely help me produce most revenue (I don't expect much because I don't really consider proxied page advertising to be worth a great deal but I hate wasting opportunities ). Any thoughts?
You can use like caydel says Adbrite, and combine it with for example banner spots with a rotation system, and sell the spots directly to the webmasters, you can also sell text links spots in the proxied pages frame.
