Hey I run a web host (b-asil.com), and I'm having trouble Monetizing it to its potential. I've placed ads on the footer, on the side, and in between posts. Do you guys know of any way to ensure I can get the best CPC, or have the best chance of getting clicks?

    BTW, Im using chitika ads.

You are missing the header. Header is a good place to get clicks.
If you are not earning much you can use AdSense to make sure you get some earnings.

If you are a webhost, you need to be concentrating on your business model rather than ads.

I didn't browse your site much, but it said something about "the true free reseller host". So, if you provide free hosting, then ads would be okay. You can give my site a try (see sig). TextAdMarket.

I suggest using ADSDAQ for monetization and putting your current ads as back-up tags. ADSDAQ pays on a strictly CPM basis so you don't have to worry about clicks and you set your own rates! Check out my more detailed ADSDAQ review for more info.

For good ad placement, read up on the research done at the Poynter Institute.

You have to do some reseach your self to find our which ad placement is best for you.

It takes time to do since you will be living each ad placement for reasonable period of time

From looking at your site I would look at adding a horizontal bar between the navigation and content. Also add another skyscraper banner to the right hand side as there looks to be a blank space there.
