Monetizing and or not nearly enough CTR, Help please?

    I just saw these forums and I've been reading around and I thought I could finally ask around to get some help from some of you.

    My website is http://thehypefactor.com it's a Music website/blog, I've tried moving my ads around everywhere and I've never really gotten any place where they stand out and make reasonable revenue.

    I've seemed to make about $5 - $7 a day with the combined services of AdBrite, Clicksor, Linksynergy and Google AdSense.

    The click thrus of Google Adsense goes about:
    Leaderboard: < .30% CTR and .20 CPM
    Large Square on Individual posts: < .30 CTR and .08 CPM (occassionally higher)

    I never get clicks on the side advertisement (but I have gotten 1-2 over 2 weeks), and I get a little revenue depending on what people buy from iTunes.

    Besides that, I can make about 5k page impressions and never make more than a dollar from Google Adsense. Any suggestions on what I could possibly try, and/or feedback otherwise?
