Monetizing a Forum (Excluding AdSense)

Does anyone here have any experience monetizing a forum using ad networks other than AdSense? I forgot my AdSense account information so I know I won't get approved again and I haven't had any response from their support about recovering my account.

Anyway, I'm looking to see what the best alternatives would be for forum monetization. Like I stated previously, right now I'm using Bidvertiser. I have used Clicksor in the past and didn't particularly care for it. I have done some research into other publisher programs, but I really don't know what a good choice would be. So, I'm hoping someone with experience in this area could throw me a bone here.

Or you can offer direct advertising like banner or link in your forum.
