Shortly after I posted on DP, I did send google support an email regarding my website. I did give them the url as well and from my logs, I could see that they did visit the url provided 3 times. I did get a response from them saying that they can't approve/disapprove individual websites due to the volume of email they receive. They also said that however, if I feel the site violates the spirit of the TOS, then I should error on the side of caution. So I guess that really leaves me back at square one as there are other sites similar to mine that are on the net and running but again, I'm not sure what their true definition of MFA is.
