Monetize webmasting.com (And it's .net sibling)

    So, I finally laid my hands on webmasting.com and webmasting.net . Now, looking to either monetize it or sell it.

    Generally, it can be anything in terms of use:
    Webmaster+Hosting
    A kind of abbreviation for webmastering
    Webmasting - could be a verb in itself (could be a new coined word too, just like "Webinar" who knows :-D )

    It currently stands on the first page in google for its terms. So all in all, it could be great for creating any site regrading webmaster thing - or a dedicated forum for webmasters. So, is there any idea I should go on monetizing it? As, being busy in my real offline business, I can't get much time so sell it? If selling, what price am I supposed to get for them?

    Your ideas are welcomed.

    If you would ever consider selling the .net at a reasonable price I'd be interested. Just PM me ;)

    @Tilde
    That's what I also thought of. I have the plans to create a webmaster related forum and after developing the forum and website, sell it for much higher prices.

    @usa666
    Thanks for the generous offer!
    Can I know your range of "Reasonable"?

    The idea is good but domain name can be confused for webmasterering and vice versa. I would try parking them for a month to see the conversion from type in traffic, specially if you haven't too much time to develp them. so parking could be a solution to monetize from them.

    Hey mystique,
    So well, it doesn't make sense to park such "confusing" domains for $3.99 per month or so. Any other good services for free parking (Sedo is already on the list)?

    PS: I also got trialgames.net - will park that with it too.
