Monetize typo domains

    Hi there,

    I have a couple of domains which are typos of major sites, one is a top 3 webmail, the other ones are social networks. They draw reasonnable traffic (+-5000 visits/days) as type-in onlys. I have difficulties to have them parked with regular domain players (ndrive, etc).

    I am note sure that parking is the best option, but I don't want to sell nor developp as blogs or mini-sites (no time). Would you guys have some ideas as how to monetize these domains ?

    opazzo,From type domains,peopel can earn revenue or use only for one reason-parking it.I recommend you to park it as you can earn good revenue fro parking :)

    opazzo, typo domains are considered trademark infringement (trademarks don't have to be registered). Up until now, Google hasn't attacked owners of typo domains but that is changing. The best way to monetize on these domains is actually to delete them. In fact, you could save yourself tens of thousands of dollars if you did.

    i have amazon typo domain and used them to sell amazon product as an affiliate :)

    Do you have google analytics on these sites? You should analyse how long they stay on the site to determine if it is worth it.
