Where are the targeted visitors coming from geographically? If you have traffic from the UK, USA or Canada, you'll find a lot of gaming offers on various CPA based networks. I do a lot of gaming traffic through Neverblue, Profit Kings Media and a couple of other networks. You're normally looking at a payout between $1.30-$1.80 per registered user you send. 400 targeted visitors...it's hard to say what that would translate to in earnings. So much depends on the quality of the traffic and whether they're passively browsing or ready to jump on something. US and UK traffic is the best with CPALead. I can tell you that CPALead works very well with computer games but it all depends on the quality of your computer games downloads. I'm running a TV show site and I get over 1000 uniques a day and I make about $80-$100/day. However TV shows can be found pretty much anywhere online so people will just look elsewhere. With 400 highly targeted uniques, you can potentially make $30-$40/day, maybe even more. And CPALead does work with Blogspot!
I don't think I understand the question.... Unless you mean something that acts as a bridge page where the user puts in their email address to then view YOUR site. In that case no. (or at least I don't think so) I don't know of any network that does that because it wouldn't be in the advertisers best interest... The whole point of an email submit is to get them to go to the advertisers site not your site. did I answer your question?
