To start, make sure that your site's TOS have strict rules about not posting copyrighted videos. Have a "Report" button under each video and remove videos quickly if you get any valid complaints.

Then do a Google search for ad networks and research them as alternatives to AdSense.

My limited experience with Google and AdSense is that they can be real jerks when it comes to banning partner sites. I do not know how they deal with video sharing sites and copyright issues, but I suspect that it is spelled out in detail in their TOS. My suggestion is that you research their TOS to see what they say about handling this issue and then take steps to do so. However, I also suggest that you seek out alternative sources of advertising income because Google can act quickly and without explanation or concern for your business.

You can also sell banner advertising space on your website.
You can to to a site called BuySellads.com and list your site for available ad space.
With that many visitors you are sure to make a pretty penny.

Adsense is a big no-no. I think you should look into CPA offers, maybe you can find something there.

Another AdSense alternative is media.net, which is basicall the Yahoo/Bing version of AdSense.

You might have the best luck using some affiliate ads that have products that would go with what's on your site. Shareasale and Comision Junction (CJ) are good.

Do you have the ability to embed a "pre-roll" video ad prior to each uploaded video playing? This could be very lucrative and is the first option I'd explore if I was in your shoes.

AdSense maybe be a problem, because of the content, its difficult to make sure that your users do not add copywrited material, and website is easily banned by google in cases like this.

I would recommend you paying attention to smaller ad networks, there is an ad network WMGroup, they are well known as AdEx in CIS market and cover most of big media in CIS countries, fast growing company, and have entered Asian market with medium CPMs for video monetization of 3 dollars per 1000 views. There is an opportuntiy to set up pre-roll ads, as well as outstream video ads and banners, and with them you won't have a problem with the video content rigts. I have contact of the sales manager from WMG, you can get in touch by this email

    Best of luck!

Hi! We can try to put on your site native ads from our side, which is ok for illegal content also.

The thing is if your traffic is mostly from India and Bangladesh you need to join affiliate programs that cater to those countries (and other countries in that region). Otherwise you'll have reversed commissions once they detect where your commissions originate from (CJ is probably off limits for you for that reason).

The thing is that it is not enough traffic to make real money from Adwords and cpm platforms would not pay a lot for India and Bangladesh. If you want our opinion CPA / CPL would be the best for you. Especially if you also have Social Media traffic you can combine.
Just invest the effort to test different products or/and services.
