    Move your ads around, make them different sizes etc and see what works best
    some trail and error involved but this could help alot

    I think you should add more content there and promote it through forum and social networking sites etc.

    Experiment with different ads like jro mentioned (although it looks pretty solid already).

    How about selling links? (You might perhaps needs to get your PR higher first though)
