Hi everyone, we are new to this forum but already would like to ask for some help... We got an entertainment blog which gets from 600 to 700 k unique visitors a month (42% US, ~10% UK + Europe etc.) but we don't really know how to best monetize it...Tried cpx, the ecpm is very low...clicksor's banners seem to break the formatting of the website, heard something about blogads but they require invites... could someone pls recommend a decent ad network for such kind of a website...i mean for an entertainment blog... tnx.
I recommend You to see this list of CPM affiliates. First on the list pays up to 1.80$ per popup CPM (UK and USA traffic)
I'd recommend AdBrite. They pay both CPC and CPM so ideal for high impressions. My typical CPC earnings are around 10 cents per click and CPM around $1-2 per 1000 interstitial impressions. They also have the advantage of having a low minimum payout and not too many rules like other ad networks. Please check my review for further details - if it's useful please consider signing up under me.
Yeah, I wouldn't recommend anything that forces ads on your visitors. If I see a site with too many pop-ups I never go back again - I'm sure most of your visitors will share that opinion.
Well, the first on the list also provides in page banners, Interstitial and Pop-In Banner but at different rates (mostly depends on how much traffic You have)
guys does anyone actually has any experience with blogads? it seems like many popular blogs are running them... tnx.
