Moidfy my script!

    I have layoutCMS and I want someone to modify it for me.

    Here's what I want:

    Show top rated layouts in index
    Show layouts by authors
    Page count/views of layout page
    Make Layout title the heading text
    Disable html, javascript in comments.

    How much would you charge me for those??
