Mods please remove my negative "itrader" from "The Dude"

Hi,

Last week i had an arrangement with "The Dude". He said that he would make me the template that i wanted within 15 hours, and i would pay him the $110. No problem. But 2 days passed and he wrote back to me saying he had exams and everything like that. I thought that was okay, since he said he would do it immediately. Then two more days later, he said he couldn't do the project because he was to busy.

So he wasted a week of my time and couldn't deliver on his promise, which was to complete a template, for which i would happily pay him $110.

Here is the weird part: I gave him a negative itrader, because he didn't finish the work and wasted a week of my time, in which he could have easily said he couldn't have done it, and saved me the 7 days that i waited for it.

But then he puts a red itrader on me. Saying i didn't deliver on my promise? What is that promise? Should i have paid the $110 if he didn't start or finish the template that we had agreed on? Thats ludicrous.

As a CJ Publisher earning $10 000 A month, im not to upset with the negative itrader, obviously because i buy everything, and don't sell any services or products.But how on earth i can get a negative red itrader for this? It just doesn't make sense to me.

So Mods, this guy wasted a week of my time. I was happy to pay him $110 for it. He didn't start the project, nor finish it so i didn't pay him. He wasted 7 days of my time.

Please get rid of my red itrader. But im not to fussed if you don't because im just a buyer.

Okay im not to upset.

But i just find it rediculous a guy who wastes a week of my time, can give me a negative itrader for not doing anything wrong.

Anyway obviously "The Dude" needs to improve his business manner.

He wasted me some valuable time.

Maybe i should have just seen him the $110 for not doing the project than mods?
