Mods Please help

    Mods,Yesterday the member Smith_here bought 50 gmails from me,however,the money got frozen once I send the accounts,I have no idea but give him a negative itrader,but today he send me another 3$ through his private account,so I think I should cancel the negative itrader,please help me,many thanks.
