MODs needed for growing graphics community

    Your best bet is to promote from within. Look at your userbase and see who the more trustable and dependable members are. Shoot them a PM and ask if they would like the promotion.

    If you just ranbomly promote people from the outside that says to your members "I don't trust you" and that is simply bad for community, your community!
